I don't know how it works on a phone but on a computer put the mouse cursor in front of the h at the beginning of the line at the top of the page and click and drag to block the whole bit. Then do copy and paste. (Copy is Control C, then move the cursor to where you want to put the link and do Control V).
If you can't manage that - type all the link from to the end of the line. When you submit the reply it will automatically come up in blue as a link.
