Hi Rosebud, do return to DorsetLady 's detailed advice to your last post. Click on your own name and you will get to your previous responses. That is the way to manage it. Blood tests can be helpful but unfortunately they don't tell the story like the symptoms do. I would stay on 15 mgs until my symptoms settled, this could be two weeks or more. Good luck!

Yes, he’s obviously realised you have had a flare, so the 20mg should get a grip of things, and the drop back to 15mg without too much trouble. As SJ says stay at the 15mg until you’re sure that’s okay.
When you speak to GP “suggest” a 1mg drop rather than the 2.5mg you tried before as that didn’t work very well did it!
By all means show him my taper as well and suggest following that, he may pooh-pooh it, but on the other hand he might think it’s okay.

Above all though - if you get back to 15mg OK, don't reduce any further in big steps, 1mg at a time is far better!
