I live in Hertfordshire and am looking for other people with PMR living locally to meet for a coffee ☕ maybe every 6 weeks or so for a chat and support. Please let me know if you are interested. Mary

Yes I have but they are all a distance away I was hoping to set up a local one if there was any interest. I got 3 replies from my Facebook post so let's hope for some more. Thank you

Mary, if you haven't already done so, do get in touch with the Charity, PMRGCAuk - one of their aims is to raise awareness and set up support groups in as many areas as possible, and they may just have a member on their books in your area who has also registered their interest in meeting up with others.

I have thank you and also put a message on twitter page. I got a huge amount of support from them when I was first diagnosed. I always wanted to be there to help others in my area but really didn't have the energy to do it up to now

I still have bad patches but I'm down to 5mgs steroids now and would like to give back some of that wonderful support I got. Hope you have a good day 😘 😘

Thanks Celtic. I have replied to Mary as we would love to help set up a Meet Up group in Hertfordshire (and other places round the country). We do have some others who are interested too.

Hi Diana I live in South Mimms. I'm shielding at the minute so house bound until June 30th or longer thanks to this horrid virus. I hope you are coping well with it all. Where do you live?
