Why when I have an email from health unlocked and I click on the message to read the complete text am I required to input my email address again together with my password? It's a bit of an irritation!

I'm always logged in - it's probably a setting on your computer.
This happens to me too and I must say I find it irritating too! How do we remedy it?
You must be getting logged out for some reason. I've looked through the help section:
Click on Help on the top line,
go to Manage your Account and View all
Go to page 2

where it suggests it could be your browser security settings, amongst other things. They ask you check that before contacting their Help Centre.

Yes this has happened to me previously and then just as suddenly went away! I am offered the option to sign in with Facebook or by email and password. I always work on my iPad and not a computer. Thanks for looking into possibilities for me. I start to lose interest when anything IT starts to play up!
Yes I get this too - every day and it's infuriating. It didn't used to do this then just started. I can't find anything relevant in the help section.
Another thing could be to just try using a different browser - that has often sorted problems for me. I usually use chrome, and if I don't seem to be able to get a website to work I'll try firefox and that usually works.
Or you could ask a young person.
This happens to me too every time !
