Bowen therapy And other Alternative treatments

Angeline. I have had 3 Bowen therapy sessions, and they seem to help. Also gentle massage, heated massage and gentle chiropractic treatments have all provided relief.

I was having pain in my lower and upper back. Both sites were greatly eased by the heat and gentle massage techniques. Google Bowen therapy, and read about it.

It took a leap of faith for me to try the treatment, but I must say, I accept the efficacy even though I dont understand how it works.

Acupuncture is another alternative treatment with positive outcome.

My practitioners have all been knowledgable about PMR, quite a contrast to western doctors.
