Why are my teeth numb ?

For the last couple of months I have had this numb feeling in my teeth and wondered if others had this problem.

I beginning to think that this may be connected with my GCA but hav'nt heard of anyone else with this condition.

Are you taking Alendronic Acid (AA)?

Hi Sambucca I should be taking AA because of my osteopenia but I am still weighing up the pro,s and cons of taking yet another drug?

PMRGCAuk (google it and read there latest newsletter, it has a very informative article on AA which might just help. Also go to the National Osteoporisis site and read up on biosphonates. AA would be the last one for me.

By the way, do you have any mercury fillings - if so go to Dentist and get them out and replaced. Too much Mercury is poison to the system and they no longer use them and reccomend you get replacements. Costly but worth it.
