Pkd urine infections and lower back pain.

I was diagnosed with pkd age 23 now I am 30 I get alot of lower back pains alot. I have urine infections every month which makes me so weak and in pain and I am never off the toilet. I have my good and bad days. Lately I have been struggling to keep a job as I am I'll every month with infection and it makes me poorly.

My doctor said it's pkd flare up. They don't understand why you get the flare could be cyst bursting which is causing the pain. They give me codine to stop the pain.

I am in excrutiating pain last few days with pain killers not working when known utis 3 weekly needing cultured antibiotics .Nobody is monitoring effectively knowing have numerous underlying conditions with a spina bifida, one ureter too many & liver cyst of no consequence found.Even had cardiac MI requiring angioplasty . You need to get to bottom of your nfections & that means in my case rotated antibiotics cultured .In yours urodynamics .Some of utis closed groups are good - mainly women.Steroid injections helped for a few years but getting again ?Even privately as need sedation !
