Hi all

I suffer with interstitial cystitis and I was wondering if those who also suffer have tried eating Carob as an alternative to chocolate and if so how did it effect your pain/frequency?

Thank you

Hey I don't have ic, that I'm aware of, just one of those people who have no idea what's wrong. Haha anyway I thought I'd just ask, do the things that you eat really mak a difference to how much it hurts? Sugar a bad thing? I know it causes inflammation - is that the problem with sugar?

I read a good article about ic yesterday and not sure if you've seen or heard of it but I'll give it to you anyway:

Hope things settle down for you!
