I have PNE and had botox put in near the pudendal nerve. It freezed my pelvic muscles which felt a little odd but did nothing for my pain unfortunately.

I have botox in my main back muscles every four months with great results. Having had this for nearly ten years it does vary sometimes, often wonder if this has anything to do with your general health when you have it done. Has anyone else had botox, would be interested to know about it (not the face, I know that is fab)

It would be dangerous to use Botulinum toxin A into the nerve but it can used in the area of the nerve.

I had this many years ago and it helped for quite a while but it wasn't repeated. There have been some recent studies showing that a higher amount than used in previous studies with vulval pain is more effective than the lower doses.
