Hi all am doing the great south 5km run in Portsmouth on the 27th October. We are a small charity run entirley by volunteers most of whom suffer from chronic pelvic pain or care for/support friends and family who suffer with pelvic pain. Most of our small income is spent on travel, attending various events to ensure the needs and wishes of patients are heard and taken into account. We try to keep costs down by using budget airline flights and hotels but costs are rising. We are planning on attending and contributing to the 1st world congress on pelvic pain being held in Amsterdam in May 2013, It would be wonderful if I could raise enough funds to pay for the travel costs of attending this conference. This is a massive opportunity for patient organisations to represent YOU, aiming make a big improvement in the treatment and care given to chronic pelvic pain sufferers and to ensure our voices are heard so please, please donate.
