Any ideas?

I had both ovaries and tubes removed a few years ago because my ovaries were both growing and solid. They suspected ovarian cancer but luckily they were benign when tested. I'd been in agony as the right ovary being so big 28cm at the front bigger behind and wrapped round part of my bowel kept twisting. After recovery from the operation the pain went. However I've woken today with identical pain if feels like something is twisting low down where my ovary would be. It's really painful and the pain is radiating into my leg. Has anyone else had this? The operation was 7 years ago. TIA.

I have something like this. The only relief is taking an anti inflammatory.

Have you been checked for fibroids? Symptoms can be very similar to ovarian cancer and can be quite painful.....
