Hi,

I had a baby 5 months ago and I think doing kegals incorrectly using my rectal muscles caused my pain. I went to the sayers clinic who diagnosed me. I live in Birmingham and wondering what I should next? Im paying privately for an MRI scan?

I'm in Southport Merseyside.

Also saw Mr Siddiqui in Chelmsford Essex as he confirmed that nothing actually wrong with rectum. He's colorectal pelvic floor specialist.
