Pudendal neuralgia any supplements taken to reduce inflammation?

Has anyone had any positive effect with any supplements, which may calm down the nerve or the muscles around it? Thank you

I've had a big help with cyclobenzaprine which is a muscle relaxer and it's not so potent as some of the nerve pills...

sorry if I replied twice but I couldn't tell who I was replying to anyway I have heard that magnesium helps but it didn't help me ..I've had a big help with a mild dose of cyclobenzaprine which is not as potent as some of the the nerve pills... Also pelvic floor physical therapy has been a godsend
