I have a screw loose!

I had a fall from a ladder in June 2018. I was hospitalised for a complex unstable fracture of the pelvis. The surgeon at one of the teaching hospitals in Bordeaux inserted a long fixing screw to relocate the sacro-illiac fracture site and a front and back plate to the pubic bone. I have a slight mis-alignment now, making my left leg 5mm shorter. I finally got out of my wheel chair in November 2018 and can manage now with 1 walking stick. Recently I have begun to feel uncomfortable with some pain in the lower abdomen and it feels from the surface like the plate is not as centred or symmetrical as in the first 2 months after surgery. My GP sent me for an xray in April 2019 which, when compared with an August 2018 shot, showed that a screw was missing from the plate, the other screws are at different angles, but there is no trace of the rogue screw. I am in some pain now and have 3 weeks to wait to see the surgeon.
