Homemade CBD oil suppositories for anal fissures/anal sphincter spasm

I am having a bit of success relaxing my sphincter through making homemade CBD oil and coconut oil suppositories. I am melting down organic coconut oil by placing coconut oil into a glass and immersing glass in a bowl of hot water. It melts really quickly. About 2 tablespoons. Then I am adding CBD oil 5% (health supplement, not medical grade) about 20 drops to be used over 6 suppositories. I have already prepared some large straws by cutting into 5 cm lengths and filling one edge with a small blob of cold coconut oil. Wrap one end in foil and press down so that the coconut oil becomes compact at one side. Not more that 1cm is needed. I have put 6 of these into the freezer, standing up in a ice-lolly tray - so that the coconut oil freezes and forms a bit of a 'stop'. After one hr, you can add the melted coconut oil/ cbd mixture. I do this and immediately place each suppository into the cold ice-lolly tray, as the colder you can keep the suppository, the less chance there is of the warm coconut/cbd oil seeping right through. The coconut oil is a good disperser for the CBD oil. I have also found that the cold suppositories are very soothing for my bum. This is CBD oil without any THC in it - so I have been pleasantly surprised at how soothing it has been. I have had 3 days now being able to have bowel movements with no pain - but I am still having post-bowel movement pain which carries on for some hrs, but it is at a much less intense level. I was inspired to do this by the site backdoormedicine.com Unfortunately THC CBD oil is not legally available in the UK - so I am using only CBD oil without the THC content which is available over the counter in health shops and online in the UK. I had already been taking 10 drops a day of 5% CBD oil. Please note - I am not a medical doctor and I am doing this by trial and error having already taken CBD orally for about 3 weeks - so I am fairly confident that the dosage is correct for me. At very least, I think it is helping me to relax my sphincter and providing moisture for the anal fissures. I am due to have a colonoscophy in May, so after that I will have more information about exactly what is going on with my anus and what might be causing such pain. I have very little time to answer questions, so please if you need to find out more about CBD oil, just google and watch youtube. If you need to know more about making suppositories at home, then please do the same. The aim of this post was to let people know that I have been having some success with CBD oil suppositories having tried a host of other stuff. I am also keeping a very fibre rich diet, lots of vegetables, some pulses, no wheat, no gluten, no cheese or milk - just to keep my bowels moving and to avoid any hard stools. Also taking a spoonful of milled flax seeds every day and eating Greek Yoghurt with live cultures to keep my digestive system going.

I live in Maryland and have made my own thc/CBd with cocoa would use coconut preferably to a fantastic relief. You can get reusable forms for suppositories on line making your only reinvestment the cbd. I am also trial by “fire”. For 28 years of pelvic pain with twelve failing surgeries and opioids to deal with the pain cbd and thc has truly become my drug of choice no more pain or pharmaceuticals which took much of my life away. Sometimes it takes helping yourself like you are. Good luck

Thank you! It has reduced my pain, but not eradicated it!
