Hi Everyone,

This is a post to congratulate and thank 3 people for running the British 10K run.

Huge congrats and thanks to Jay, Leon and Rachel who courageously ran the British 10K for the 2nd year and especially in yesterdays heat, Jay 52 minutes, 7 secs, Leon 52 minutes 16 secs and Rachel, 1 hr 5 mins.

Also thanks to Trudi and the girls for getting and supporting them there and for wearing their PPSN T-Shirts.

Hopefully we can get a photo added shortly
