Private messaging

Hi I was looking for some advice when I am messaging somebody I only get about six lines of the message done and then you can’t see what you are writing because it won’t move as you have to keep stoping to see what you have written and then it’s all joined up or you can’t make out what you have written can somebody advise what I am doing wrong as it is so annoying it doesn’t do it when I am writing here just PM Help JANEBEE
