I haven’t sorry, but i have a question if you don’t mind. How did you find out it’s pfcn rather than pudental nerve? Did you have blocks to diagnose?

I haven’t heard of trying cryo. but would like to know if it works also. Did you get nerve block and diagnosis for pfcn from gyn doc? What kind of doc diagnosed this?

I feel mine might be pfcn but not sure

Thank you!!

I just returned from having a pfcn ct guided nerve block at John Hopkins with Dr Fritzs group there. My block only took away about 1/2 the pain so they think there is another nerve causing pain, maybe the pudendal. But they said I could get the cyro there at Hopkins. I know there is one guy in Atlanta, Dr Prolongo who does cyro to the Pudendal.

Results seems mixed but I dont want surgery.

What pain did your block take away? I think I may have pfcn.

Hello, how are you doing now, Groupers 1? I also have pfcn for the last 1.5 years and am in pain every day but scared to get a nerve block. It sounds like the one you had took care of about half of the pain. Is that pain still gone, did the nerve block last for a long time? Thanks, would love to get an update from you.
