Just a quick question to throw at you all. I have eventually found myself a really lovely physiotherapist who specialises in pelvic pain 😃. She is suggesting the use of a vibrator to help 'massage' the tender scar tissue , starting with a dildo then building up to a vibrator 😕. She would also like me to attend a Pilates class. Anyone tried either of these things? ?

No idea if it will help, but if the physiotherapist says it'll help, why not give it a try? I'm currently waiting to start physical therapy in another two weeks, but I do yoga two to three times a week, and while I find the "hip opener" positions to be painful (and they never were before), I often feel better the day after.

If you do try the dildo and vibrator, let us know how it goes!
