Hello, I may have injured my self in the perineum or on my penis. It may have resulted in nerve damage to the penis, scrotum or the pudendal nerve and it's distributions. I would be grateful if you can let me know whether a Dr. Filler MRN of the pelvis would be able to show nerve damage or nerve entrapment. I am getting conflicting diagnoses from my doctors and would really like something conclusive. I have been told it could be PN, PNE and PN including penile peripheral neuropathy. Please help me if you can. Thank you and God bless.
