Wearing face mask

For last few years as my lungs have deteriorated and also my sinuses, I have not been able to wear face mask. I tried again few days ago, but couldn’t breathe. Does anyone else have this problem, and how do we avoid being abused for not wearing one

If you have a lung condition that makes you breathless and you find wearing a face covering makes you feel too breathless, then here in the UK you don’t have to wear one, whatever the situation.

Take a look at the British Lung Foundation article regarding the wearing of face coverings. They also have a handy downloadable graphic you can show on your device, to explain why you aren’t wearing a face covering, see link below.

MMMMMEEEEEEE !!!! OH YESSSSS it is so hard to even talk to people without feeling like am being suffocated by a plastic bag !
