Hospital?

My aunt was recently sick and I caught her cold. I can’t breathe out of my nose and can definitely tell I have a fever. I cannot sleep for the life of me. I moved myself into the living room where the AC is because I’m so hot and uncomfortable in my own bed.

I just worry that I’m being dramatic and I’m fine. But I really don’t feel good at all and haven’t felt this bad in a while.

And when i go to the hospital I wish they would take me seriously. Just because I’m a teenager they assume i Know nothing about my own condition and body. I know what helps my PCD and what doesn’t.

What should I do?

Hi Gwen - you should start some oral antibiotics, increase your physio and get a sputum sample done ASAP to check whether you are on the correct antibiotics. Hope you feel better soon

Hi Gwen, I would also use the Neilmed sinus rinse daily and I use a whole bottle per nostril when I have bad sinuses, this has decreased my level of infections over the past few years,I hope you feel better soon!
