Hello I understand that there are few males that have developed this terrible disease. Probably less than 8 % and growing due to improved diagnostic procedures. I have had PBC for over 15 years. My liver does show significant cirrhosis. Luckily Urso has helped bring down my Alc Phosphatase and kept it below 200. I do experience fatigue and gastrointestinal problems however I have not developed any itching issues. My question would be for other males with PBC; have you developed the itching problems associated with PBC?
