I was diagnosed with PBC and 2017. My alkaline phosphate levels were 277. I was told I was gonna go in the liver transplant list or I was going to die. I was prescribed URSODIOL and Oclavia. My levels started to go down, but I was starting to have a reaction from the Oclavia, causing me to have eczema on the soles of my feet. Once they took me off of the Oclavia The symptoms of the eczema started to calm down . I still take the URSODIOL, my allkaline phosphate levels are down to 133. So far no more itching with the change of diet a lot of green, leafy vegetables and I’ve also cut back on the fried food.

Good news and I had liver biopsy diagnosis was 2016 I suffer from itching 6 years but in 2022 I found a dermatologist to treat me and RINVOQ 15MG helped itching and cleared up a lot of my scabs and sores
I take Ursodiol 600MG daily. I was only recommended transplant when my itching as at its w orse. So for now if I get flare up children's liquid benadryl works well 1 full cup 12mg gets me to rest.
Hope this helps you on your journey with PBC .
