Thursday' Thoughts

This is a very emotional week for me. On Sunday I am celebrating my 20th liver birthday! I remember so many exact moments and events like they were yesterday. Memories that are forever mine. I just want to remind all of us to seize the day. I have been given 7300 more days!

Is every day a monumental event or one that really stands out? Likely not -- that's ok. I want to try to be more committed to writing in my gratitude journal before bedtime. Just say 'thank you' for even the smallest of things.

Do any of you have a gratitude journal?

Congratulations! This is something definitely worth celebrating. I can imagine that many of the memories are as crisp as they were back then. What a gift. Thank you for the reminder not to take our time for granted and to live each day fully.

That is moving to read Donna. Thank you for sharing that with us. It helps us to appreciate and value the gift of life we have. It has been an incredible journey for you and you continue to give and support others here.

I do have a journal and I do write down when I feel gratitude for someone or something. I find gratitude to be a very healing and heart-warming emotion.
