Seladelpar Gilead availability in Ireland?

It looks like Seladelpar was approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) in February 2025! Since I haven't had a good response to URSO, this approval is really encouraging news. Does anyone know when Seladelpar might become generally available for PBC patients in Ireland? My liver consultant mentioned it could take years, which I found surprising.

Also, while I’m here—are there any PBC support groups in Ireland?

about the support groups in Ireland, I would encourage you to reach out to The PBC Foundation office. PBC foundation.org.uk If I can find they have a contact from the last time I was at The Summit for PBC in Edinburgh I will pass it along.
