It's Monday Me!

In several of the posts below on the fatigue that often accompanies PBC, I see how some of you do take care of yourselves by just resting when you feel the need to.

This may seem a small thing but when we need that moment (or hours) to recharge, it becomes our way to truly care for ourselves when our bodies need to rest. Our bodies work very hard to us... let them rest when they need it.

Still battling with the flu fatigue, I'm learning to just lie down when my body needs it. Naps are what me body needs.... I need to listen.

I believe everyone should listen to their body and this is especially true of us PBCers. Hope you will soon be fully well again
