#RareDiseaseDay is on 28th February next week, and this week we are sharing information that highlights this year's Rare Disease Day slogan 'More than you can imagine'.

This slogan is intended to highlight that rare diseases and the people living with them, as well as their families and carers, can be underrepresented or misunderstood by the public. It also aims to highlight and celebrate the diversity and unity of the over 300 million people living globally with one or several of the more than 6,000 identified rare diseases.
