What a wonderful support you must be for your Mom. I do know what you are talking about. Two important things to remember... she feels fine and her numbers, you said, were normal. We can't control, not can we predict, what will happen to any of us in the future. I hope you and your Mom spend time living life. It's so easy to not enjoy what's right in front of us, worrying about the tomorrows. I, personally, know people who have had cirrhosis and never progressed any further for many years. I know you feel helpless to your Mom but you have so much more support and love for her. Live each day! She just needs to take her Urso like she is and continue to get her lab work done every 3 -6 months or so. Has she had a fibroscan that showed cirrhosis? How does she know she has it?
She went on computer tomography, and there they found out she has cirhossis. On Monday she is going on gastroscopy ( i dont know if u call it the same ) so the doctor see the portal vein... I am very scared π
I know you are - just try to enjoy this time...now... with your Mom. No one knows what the future holds for any of us. Just take one day at a time. Keep us posted on how she is doing - and how you are.
