Yes I very often get two different generic Urso meds in the same prescription. Not ideal, I always check before I leave the chemist because there’s one I react to and I refuse take that one now.

I always get the same brand, Actavis. I get it through home delivery by Cigna/Express Scripts. Initially my doctor wrote on the prescription - Actavis Only. But, now it is in my file at the Express Scrpts, so, the prescription doesn't need to say it. Actavis is one of the generic brands. I prefer to stay with the same brand.

I only have Ursofalk because I was so sick on one of the generic ones. Thankfully my gp always requests Ursofalk.

Speak to your doctor (or write) and advise them of the problem with these and ask for your prescription to show whichever brand you feel suits you best. My prescription is sometimes mixed but it has always been 250mg capsules of which I take 4. I see from your picture that you are on tablets 500mg.

When I order my repeat prescription I always request a particular brand, saying it works well for me with no side effects.
