Does anyone know why your GGT can go up from 69 to 91 over the space of a couple of days and I haven't drank any alcohol

Fluctuations usually happen with ALP. The best is to repeat the test in a week or so. It may come back much lower.

some medication or even smoking (apparently) can elevate you GGT. Worth having retested in a month or so.
