Hi, a good starting point is the Martin Lewis money saving expert website. Go to the pre existing conditions section in travel insurance where you can compare different companies quotes.

Hi , I compared prices on compare the market.com using existing conditions & the fact that I've also had a liver transplant & with my partner included ( he doesn't have any medical conditions though ) and our quote was £107 - £125 for 10 days in Menorca, gives me £4 million pounds medical cover alongside holiday cancellation loss of luggage etc .Don't forget if travelling anywhere in spain you require a covid passport & don't forget yr nhs GHIC card 😊

I've always found them to be reasonable. Europe was around £18 for a week and USA for 2 weeks was around £50. Most others I saw either wouldn't cover me at all, or excluded any liver problems. This includes cover for PBC related issues.

I've just returned from a cruise and had insurance from Staysure, very reasonable.

I've used Avanti for several years. Part of Staysure. I've found them honest and reasonable price.
