Contraceptive pill

Hi, wondering if any body takes any contraceptive pills? I got diagnosed in February this year, before I was diagnosed I was told too stop takeing all meds while they found out what was going on! Thank u 😊

Hi there.Hope your well. I take hrt since last September, diagnosis pbc Dec 20.

My hepatologist said it was OK to have low dose hrt. Maybe check with your hepatologist.

I was on the pill before being diagnosed. My GYN and HEP Drs both told me I can no longer take them but it would be ok to get an IUD. I took the pill to cease periods. I got the IUD last year and so far so good. Hope this helps
