Just a quick update

I posted about severe muscle pain upper body neck arms hands and I thank you all for your support. I slowly recovered with just slight aches still remaining. I heard of something similar the other day and it was diagnosed as a VIRUS. If it was it was awful. But my point is I never thought of that and neither did anyone else!! Sometimes things are not what they appear to be ..or they are what we fear Take care . I’m enroute back to nz stopping in Crete and swimming everyday so feeling blessed and back to wellness xx

Thanks for the up-date. I'm sorry that I didn't reply sooner. I'm pleased you are almost recovered and swimming in Crete on your way home. I was recently skeptical when told I had a virus and my symptoms were due to my body fighting it. (there were no symptoms that I recognised as viral). I was told that our bodies are often exposed to and fight infection that we are unaware of. So that's us PBCers then, sensitive but strong!
