My first record in 2005 showed an ALP 191 and bilirubin 9 at the most recent blood test that I have managed to get a copy of the ALP 111 and bilirubin 5. I don't have a record of ANA.

I’ve never known mine, AMA or ANA. I never bothered to ask I understood them to be a diagnostic tool, not a prognostic marker, so I never felt the need to know.

But maybe I should have asked.

I watch my ALP ( 214) bilirubin (8) and albumin (37) as the markers my doctors seem most interested in.

All my labs are posted on my portal and I look at all of them. AMA M2 and ANA Cascade were done by my Internist when my ALP was elevated. So he went ahead and did a host of labs. I look back for reference sometimes. 😊
