Feeling angry today ha

Hi , I'd like someone to tell me if it's me reading into a problem I've had with universal credit from the 1st time I handed them a fit note . As I was getting up to leave at the end of my 1st appointment , the lady I saw told me I had an appointment with a N H S worker at the job centre 2 week's later . And i would be sanctioned if I failed to turn up . I went to this appointment still confused as to why . The impression I got when I met her was she didn't seem too pleased that she had been called in to see me . Because the 1st thing she said to me was , she had no interest in what they had to say , and there was no way she was going against my Doctor . She was more concerned for my well being . But what's more strange is I asked to see this health worker again . Universal credit persons answer back to me was , we don't no what your talking about . So I told them that everything that happens to me I log , and I will hand it to the court .their reply to that was we can't remember her name . But the next breath their trying to say she no longer works for the N H S . Yeah right ? I hope someone kinda understand what i'm trying to say . So my point to this is , does everyone who hands in a fit note their next appointment is with a NHS worker . Me I think not ? I feel they were hoping she would do a dirty on me . Universal credit have a duty to care for patients , but they are born liers nothing more than crooked

I'm sorry you had such a miserable time dealing with this. "is it me? is it them?" All I can say is that I hope this can make you feel better. It is you that gets angry and is them that have mistreated you. There is no excuse for them to speak to you in any way disrespectfully, and no excuse for them making negative judgments and discriminating against you. If they behave in this ignorant way, not doing their job, it is likely that it would waste too much of your precious time and energy to be angry at them. Remember what Michelle Obama said, "when they go low, you go high". Rise above their meanness and forget about them. Behave like they are not so important. Get what is due to you. Forget the rubbish behavior, refuse to see it, act like they treated you properly. That's how to deal with people who abuse power. It's the only way to show them how feeble they are. Concentrate on you. Be so kind to yourself you'll be laughing. Take heart, be brave, forget them.

If your sick note is more than 4 weeks they will send you a health form to fill in to see some doctors. It's long about what you can and cannot do. I am waiting for them to give me an appointment.

Hi , thank you for answering my question . I am usually quite calm when it comes to dealing with people with poor man management skills . But it's the time scale it takes to get to the end of this total nightmare , that's soul destroying . And to think it's me now , and then the next person and on it goes . Week after week destroying family's . And no one seems to have the power to put there foot down and stop it . I must say this ha , my worst nightmare would be me having a pain management appointment at the hospital , and to my horror sitting opposite me is the so called health assessor who assessed me . And him pretending to care . They shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a hospital ever again ?
