Hi,

I truly believe that because of technology advances, imaging technology inventions, and powerful computer modeling that scientists are much closer to zeroing in on ways to stop our bodies auto-immune attacks. Here's example of that research:

I truly believe that there are common underlying factors as alluded to in the article to all autoimmune diseases. Some day, it may be possible that meds will be customized to each individual’s unique circumstances at an affordable cost due to technological advances & if the pharmaceutical industry is better managed by governments, curtailing greed.

Great post Eileen. Thank you. It's really good news. Like Robert said earlier today to a new member of the club, every week marks a development towards finding and flipping the switch. The miracle we need to go with it is to find a way for drug companies to be able to recoup their outlay and bring to market an affordable medicine for all who need it. Illness costs all of us so much, not just those with it?
