I’m a complicated case positive for both AMA and ANA and negative for SMA. LFTs are high( AST,ALT *4 ULN and ALP *2 ULN). I haven’t any symptoms and discovered lab tests incidentally.
I’m 31y/o and just wish I could write here 10years later and say I’m still feeling well.

Hi. All I can say is stay positive and don’t let it rule your life. I was diagnosed 12 years ago incidentally at age 32. Thought I was going to die. On one hand wish I’d never found out but on the other I’m glad I started treatment early as now I’m still well, have no symptoms and live my life. Good luck
Stage 2-3 On URSO and recently ocaliva as bloods all remained slightly elevated over the years. Although I’ve only been diagnosed 12 years my bloods were elevated in my first pregnancy 18 years ago and nobody looked into it. It was the only time I had the dreaded itch so am convinced I have had PBC for many years.
Thank you 🙏🏻 that’s very kind of you to take your time explaining for me❤️❤️❤️ I’m so worried and feel can’t continue normal life. I was managing to have my first child next year but now I’m so confused. I don’t want to die when my child still needs me
Don't worry! You'll be there when you are needed your child! I've brought up my child, she was 6, when I was diagnosed and now I help her with my first granchild!
