MRM makes a Daily Digest. Start with one with meal. I only use for larger complicated meals.

Enzymatic Therapy, can get at through Metabolic Therapy or Bio-Tech, I think. I’m traveling at the moment, but as as I get a change I’ll let you know for sure. Have to take a good probiotic by Metabolic Maintance, your probiotic should be refrigerated before and after receiving at (live cultures).

Plus, Tablespoon Bragg Vinegar every morning would help tremendously (mix w/little water or favourite beverage. Another beverage I favour is hot water with lemon (clean system), or white tea with lemon.
