If drinking more water does not help after 24 hours I think you may find a visit to the GP useful.

Not just "motions", but any and all changes should really be talked through with your clinician.
go to docs.... should have liver bloods done.
ive had it... can be a sign of liver worsening... can also be other things but definitely tell docs or clinic and get checked. best wishes cazer
