About 2 weeks ago I felt so much better . Clear of any infections for about 8 weeks . So I spent 2 lovely days doing jobs in the garden. On the 2 day in the evening , I lay on the bed And started feeling unwell , shaking very badly all over body , I called ambulance , my heart was fluttering .
They took me to hostpital and things started to calm down , they sentence home . I now have to wait another 2 weeks to have an ECG 48 hour trace .
They to me to call ambulance if it happens again. Now I'm scared to do anything . I'm so stressed . It seems a long time to wait . Is it normal ? Thank you for your time

It would seem that you over did it after being unwell and it is so easy to over do things when we are feeling well (yep! talking from experience ) I guess the waiting will be stressful but stress as we all know is not good for the PBC. Is there anyway that you can try to put it temporarily behind you, listening to some calming guided meditation from You Tube helps me. In the UK we are used to waiting for treatment within the NHS so a couple of weeks does not seem a long time to me. If it were life threatening then the NHS swings into action and are very good. Not sure which country you are in but you will know how the system works where you are.
Whilst waiting, be kind to yourself, do a bit of walking for exercise, eat well, no chocolate or fizzy drinks like Cola if you do eat or drink anything like that, rest when you need to and as they say "breathe". Never too sure what is meant by that as we have to breathe but I guess it suggests calm.
Thank you for replying , I am in the Uk , and I am very grateful for the care I'm given when I've been I'll. I am very stressed now , just think do much has been going on. I'm only just getting my head around PBC. I have aways had bags of energy . I keep getting sinking feelings as though energy is draining away, I think it's stress at the moment. I did day to the doctors and paramedics I thought I had over done it . I feel like I'm not making much sence. But I'm so grateful for this forum to talk to . Thank you so much
I don't think it would be too bad if they sent you home, but - if I were you - I would go to your GP and discuss it with them.
I don't have PBC (yet) just AMAs, though I have annual blood tests in case PBC develops. However, I had something similar to your experience, but milder, about 4-5 years ago. I too had been doing a lot of unaccustomed gardening, some of it strenuous, and I began to feel weird: tired, achey, and with definite strange ache pains in my right arm, shoulde,r and liver area front and back. Then I got some flutterings in my left chest. We are miles from a hospital - plus we didn't think it was a serious heart thing at first - so my partner took me to our GPs and they saw me immediately - and did all sorts of tests.
Turns out I had something called costochondritis, which is an inflammation of the cartilage of the ribcage, and can cause strange spread-out aches and pains in the whole chest area. It's a weird condition, often brought on by unaccustomed strenuous activity, but most forms (I think they are: 1- strain/physical; 2- viral, and 3- bacterial - which is the rarer but more difficult type) , are harmless and go away with rest. I had to take ibuprofen and also a mild sedative to calm me down and relax me for a few weeks, but it did go away, eventually.
It may not be costo., but it is worth checking out. Also, it is worth remembering that not everything that happens is PBC-related, but as you have PBC then GPs and hospitals should treat you promptly. My GP does blood tests on me at the drop of a hat.
Hope this helps, and try not to worry - always the worst for all autoimmune conditions like PBC. Take Care.
Thank you so much for replying to my post, and being so understanding . I'm so stressed at the movement . I'm only just getting my head around the PBC then something else starts. I am very grateful to you, for your advice and caring words . Thank you
