Won Esa appeal.

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help me on this,

I recently won my appeal for ESA, and was placed back into the support group after being on the reduced appeal rate, before losing my ESA I was in the support group and also received the severe disability premium,

What I'm wanting to know is, will I get severe disability premium back dated to when I first lost it?,

Be grateful for any help,

I know that I will get the support group rate back dated to the date I first lost it but can't find any advice as to whether my severe disability premium will be back dated the same,

Thank you for any help or advice.

First, that is great news. Well done!!

Re what you will get, only they can tell you. Did you get severe disability premium re-awarded?
