Does anyone with PBC take black cahosh for night sweats have been recommended by a friend but because of the liver damage I'am not sure

Better to check with your doctor as each individual’s case differs.

It's possibly one to avoid. There's lack of research about it and some doubts as to its safety and its affects on the liver. Until there's some proper studies done, I wouldn't take the risk.

I tried it for same reason and after two days started having upper right quad pain. So I stopped and pain went away.
