B-12 Safe for liver?

I am on watch for PBC and feel like my B-12 is low. Are B12 supplements safe on liver?

You should talk to your doctor before taking any meds

People with liver problems have high b12 so have the Dr. check your level

Methylated B12 is safer than regular cobalamin B12 for people with MTHFR gene variance. If you don't know your gene expression, I would take methylated B12.
