Check out the 'PBC Foundation' website - email link to their site at the top of this page - they host this site on 'Health Unlocked.

They have nutrition guidance and recipes on the site, plus you can talk to their trained advisors - phone or email - they are lovely and helpful. If you join (it's free) you get lots more access to stuff on the site, and their magazine 'Bear Facts' has recipes in it too.
