Waiting for my dr to call me about my blood work from yesterday.

Question is the stress that my adult children causing me going to win

Seems like many are going through tough situations all while being sick on top of it. So difficult. Try to concentrate on being relaxed. Take deep core breaths. You can't change anything anyone else does or acts like. But you can control how you respond to it. You're dealing with enough just having PBC and more.

It's stressful waiting for results too. I hope you're results are promising. Keep us posted. Try to focus on being calm and at peace. Take care of yourself.❤
