Feeling energized

I have felt so tired and had no energy for so long, I thought that was my norm from here on. I started triplex and I cannot believe the difference in how much better I feel. So much energy now that I had forgotten I once had. I don't get sleepy through the day, my hot flashes are gone, levels are down and I am so thankful for this! So great to feel great again ❤

Do you mean Trilipix? Which is used to control high cholesterol? I have just looked it up and it says not to be used if you have a liver disease. I hope you have been advised by your liver specialist about this medication. I fully understand the desire to get back some energy, but probably not at the expense of my liver.

Best wishes.

Triplex by Plexus. I talked to my doctor and she looked up the ingredients and said its all natural and would not hurt me. I take the multivitamin, the cleanse and probiotic to promote good gut health and flush away the bad stuff. I drink alot of water and try to eat right. I am a firm believer in gut health. Healing from the inside/ starting at the roots. So far it has been great. Not a cure but it helps with the energy! I would definately talk to your doctor before trying anything though because everyone is different. But if you want any info on it just let me know !😊

Oops, sorry! When I Googled Triplex I got the other one. As you were .......

Triplex by Plexus is the NEW PINK (diet) Drink, reformulated because of the FDA warnings in April. It is to be used short term along with diet and exercise for more energy and weight loss. Just because something is labeled "natural" doesn't mean it can't hurt you. That is a very broad statement. Some of the ingredients can cause allergic reactions in sensitive people. I noticed it has Stevia which give me nausea and stomach pain. Other than being extremely expensive, there are several more products you are urged to buy to take along with it. As a liver patient with PBC and AIH, I am afraid of several of these ingredients. You can achieve the same results with a good healthy diet and exercise.

Alabama... Wow... You all were in the news a lot this last week. I'm in Kansas.

I am a firm believer in the leaky gut theory. I like your approach to living with this disease. Is Triplex a supplement? Can I ask what's in it, where you get it?

My naturopath gave me something for my adrenal glands, I didn't like it much because he didn't know if my adrenal glands weren't working... just added a supplement to give me more energy by stimulating my adrenals. I mean, what if they were working fine and now I'm gonna give them a workout?? I just like to check into everything.

Yes ma'am! I am skeptical of things too. Triplex is a combo of 3 supplements. Biocleanse, Probio 5, and Plexus slim aka the pink drink. These supplements contain all natural ingredients such as Chromium, green coffee bean extract, and other natural ingredients. It is not a cure, but helps with fibromyalgia, balancing blood sugars, weight loss and much more. No artifical sweetners/chemicals.

I also take a multivitamin called xfactor plus that contains aloe and I just noticed that it contains Pantothenic Acid (as calcium D-Pantothenate) that promotes healthy adrenal gland function.

If you want to try it let me know. I am an independant ambassador at Plexus and we have some amazing products. I read these posts and I feel like if someone can feel better from it, its worth it.

Thanks Krichards1971,

Let me do some research and visit with my naturopath. I have slight fatigue mostly when I over do. Otherwise I'm pretty good. But I'm so happy it's working for you.!!

I've been craving carbs... Ugh. My husband loves rice. I made "healthy" spring rolls (lumpia) it's an Asian recipe. I had to make rice. I won't do that again.... too tempting. I caved. 🙁

I'll be in touch. Keep us posted how you get along.

Both of my sisters and several friends sell Plexus. As a matter of fact both sisters blame this disease, PBC, on Leaky Gut...it’s been a battle with both of them and they are influencing the family that this disease is my fault some how. One sister is pretty high up in the Plexus pyramid.

With that being said, I’ve wanted my doctors opinion for some time now on these products. I used to work in the nutritional supplement field and know a lot of natural ingredients can do a lot of harm to patients like us. I have an appointment next week, I think I will bring it up!

My doctor did look it up and said it is ok. But everyone is different and what help some may not do the same for others. We do need to be careful about what we take. Keep me posted if you will. Im curious on other dr opinions.
