Hi Lcagar63

It is good to know from your post that you are starting to feel better and that the medication has set in. I was diagnosed early July and must admit have struggled with getting used to taking the Urso. However this last week I have noticed that I seem to be coping better with the side effects. Still feel like I have a way to go, but it gives me some hope hearing about your experience. Thanks for sharing your post and I hope you continue to feel better.

I take one urso at 9am another at about midday and then 2 at about 10 pm. This seems to work for me. When I first started urso I had diarrhoea taking 2 in the morning 2 at night. They are definitely working for me now.
