Does anyone have any information in regards to lactic acid overload and severe fatigue? Do you have any tips on how to deal with this? Have you found anything that works for you? Thank you.

I've often described the muscle fatigue as being the same as when you have done a really hard weight training class. So maybe there is something about lactic acid build up. I've never found any research on it though. Would be interested if anyone has.

Hi. I use A. Vogel Multiforce Alkaline Powder. I have a lot of acid in my body. Already on chronic Puricos 300mg. Then I use Minamino (used to get in tablets) now only syrup (helps for the fatique. Then also I tried for a while Vit A, D, E, K2 but those are all costly, and you really dont know what is the best. Those I googled.

Hi Rockies. Did you find the Minamino helped you, and is it liver friendly? (I'm assuming it must be)

Its definately true we pbcers take longer to remove lactic acid hence the fatigue and aching.a e d k vits are the ones we dont absorb properly...so sensible.think the research was in a pbc magazine or inyernet...cant remember! But unfortunately there was no solution to it.best wishes cazer.

Take longer to remove it, that makes sense.
