CA19.9 tumour marker

I was diagnosed with PBC in February of this year. Biopsy staged it 3/4. When I had blood work done this week my CA19.9 tumour marker came back at 190. In March of this year it was 134. I see my Hepatologist on September 8th, but in the meantime I'm really worried. Has anyone else had a high reading without a cancer diagnosis?
